Can anyone help me trace back further that 1806 o the family below. I seem to have got stuck at the parish records.
John Cameron born 1806 Inverness working as a Game Keeper at Achaderry Estate in 1841. He Married Mary Cameron who was born 1811 who was also born in Inverness. In 1841 they had son Donald 8,Archibald 7, Flora 5 and John 2.
. Donald was born in Kilmonivaig in 1832, Lochaber, Invernesshire. In 1855 he married Mary Whishart at Tulliallan and she was born in Culross in 1835. So they must have crossed paths when Donald moved down to central Scotland.
In 1861 Donald is working at Wilton Lodge, Hawick, Roxburghsire as a Butler to a wealthy Pringle Family and his wife Mary Wishart is staying in the Wilton Cottages with children John,william and Janet. Young Donald was born here in 1863 in Wilton lodge, Hawick.
