WHAT DO YOU REMEMBER WHILE GROWING UP ?

I remember the smell of burning leaves on a cool fall day .
I remember the year my family , & I lived on a farm , and snow was piled up to the second story window my younger sister was 4 , or 5 at the time and fell through a snow drift She was hollering help I can't get out An other time there was a rooster that chased her all over the yard whenever he saw her We also had a cat that thought she was a hunting dog Whenever we went hunting there she was out hunting with us . What do you remember while growing up ?

I remember the first color t.v. sets , what time , and day a t. v. show is on . Today the networks move them to different times & days , when there there only 3 major networks . Does anyone have a favorite show , or shows they remember ? In Westerns mine were The Lone Ranger , The Cisco Kid , Wanted Dead or Alive , Rawhide, Gunsmoke ,Maverick , Tales of Wells Fargo , Death Valley Days , and Bonanza .my favorite comedies were My 3 Sons , Ozzie & Harriet , The Honeymooners , Beverly Hillbillies , Bewitched , & I Dream of Jeanie , Get Smart I Love Lucy & other shows that Lucille Ball stared in .The original Night Gallery with Robert Sterling , Varity shows Ed Sullivan , Red Skelton , Carol Burnett , I Spy , The original Mission Impossible . What were your favorites ?
