It's not a Halloween story , but it did happen . I know I mentioned this before , but with Halloween approaching I thought it would be interesting to some of the new members . While staying at the Alexandra Hotel in Fort William for the Clan Cameron Gathering I had an experience that no one could explain . As I was walking from my hotel room to take the elevator down to the first floor II saw a door open , and close , but no one was there . The hallway was completely enclosed , no windows , or anything that might have moved the door in some way . When I got to the reception desk I asked the desk clerk if there any reports of the hotel being haunted ? The clerk answered not that she knew of .

Four best fiends were invited to a Halloween party which was being held at High Noon . Their names were Sean Cameron a zombie who's been around since the Battle of Culloden , a wee bit o' a Colleen by the name o' Peggy O' Neil who was killed by a unfaithful lover , and whose ghost still haunts the area today , Richard Jone a vampire from Wales allergic to blood doomed to drink tomato juice , and Maria DeLuc a witch from Brittany At the Halloween party they met space aliens , swamp monsters , elves , pixies , even a headless horseman , and other assorted folk . They all sat down to eat a meal of a quiche made out of toadstools , cockle burrs, wolf bane , and nightshade . They were all vegetarians .For desert they had Sleeping Beauty Apple Pie , and Hemlock tea to drink .Then after an hour of bobbing for crab apples the guests at the party asked the four fiends to tell their scariest stories , and whoever told the best story will get a prize . Sean Cameron was first , then Peggy O' Neal , then Richard Jones , and finally Maria DeLuc . Just as she was in the middle of her story there was a loud pounding at the front door . The monster nearest the door looked through the doors peephole shouted RUN ! , RUN, ! THE MORTALS ARE HERE !!! , THE MORTALS ARE HERE !!!! Did they escape , or did they get caught ? You decide , and post whatever ending you like .
