Jon, You must have decided on your favorite BEFORE you had dinner! My favorite is: "My Heart's in the Highlands". Even though I love the Haggis, too! Slainte! Terry

Happy Birthday to Scotland's Bard!
Is there a man, whose judgment clear Can others teach the course to steer, Yet runs, himself, life's mad career, Wild as the wave, Here pause-and, thro' the starting tear, Survey this grave. (A Bard's Epitaph - 1786)
When day is gane, and night is come, And a' folk bound to sleep; I think on him that's far awa, The lee-lang night, and weep, my dear, The lee-lang night, and weep. (It was a' for our rightfu' King - 1794)
I was fortunate enough to spend Saturday night last at the Calgary Police Service Pipe Band's annual Burn's supper. The Haggis was delightful, the speeches humorous, the company excellent, the music inspiring, and the whisky divine!
