For the posting of your favorite storie of ghosts , witches , monsters & etc. Anyone have a Halloween story to tell ? If you do post here . Speaking of ghost stories you can either believe me , or not , but it did happen . As I was walking down the hall of the Alexandria Hotel to catch the lift / elevator to the first floor I saw this door open , and close . There wasn't anyone else in the hall , nor were there any breeze as it was a closed in hall , and there were no windows for air to come in . When I arrived at the first floor I went to the front desk to ask if the hotel had reports of being haunted . They replied not that they know of . I wasn't shooked- up by it , I just thought it was If I spelled the gaelic word for ghost wrong you may correct it .

Twas mid o' the nicht on Hallow's e'en , there was a Silvery moon , wi' clouds like ghosts passing by . The wind was howling as if tormented by lost souls . Black cats, on the prowl , from graves moldy bones rise , zombies , werewolves , vampires , monsters frae the depths o' the sea , all heading for the village below the mountain . People ran screaming awa' but thar was one braw lass 5 yrs. auld . She went up to the nearest monster , and ask why they came to the village / He replied we wanted to invite ye all to a Halloween party . He gae the braw lass a Carmel covered candied apple to show good faith . So he few braw lads , n' lassies went up to the haunted castle whaur they were met by their host , n' hostess Hilda tha witch , n' Sir Malcolm Gloomsberry . Good fun was enjoyed by all . Pumpkin cake , bobbing for apples , and games such as blind - bat bluff . When the party was over the lassies received Silver rings , and the lads received Silver -hilted sgaindubhs all promising to come back for next years party . When the rest o' the people o' the village heard wha' had gone on at the party quite a few o' them felt foolish . The point of this story is don't judge a person by his , or her looks . Because as we all should realize is that some people may look like Angles , but are really monsters while those who look like monster could be the kindest , gentlest person you could meet .

My mother told this one to me , and she is keeping an open mind about it . Some months ago she had to have her cat Wink who was 15 yrs. old put to sleep . A few months later she felt something on her bed first it landed at the bottom of her feet , then she felt something laying against her side , then finally felt something on the pillow next to her head . Which was what her cat would do when it was alive . She feels that Wink is checking up on her , and watching over her , Which gives her a sence of peace .

Mona Lisa had a older sister Leeza who died . When she saw Leonardo da Vinci painting her younger sister's portrait she started haunting him every night . So Leanardo asked Leeza what she wanted . Leeza told him she would like to have a portrfait done also . So Leanardo painted Leeza's portrait which he called the Groaning Moaning Leeza
