The big item for 2009 is the Celebration in Scotland. I wish I could be there, but age has claimed me and I must stay home. My ancestors were on the Plains of Abraham( both sides of the equation) and at Louisbourg., but I did not learn of this until late in life.It would be perfect for me to be making the trip and locating all the places in Inverness-shire to which I have travelled in mind only. I wish all of those Camerons who will be making the journey a safe and wonderful occasion to remember forever. God speed you on your travel! Delphine Cameron Large

Just found out from my travel agent in Scotland that there are only a morning train , and a evening train from Edinburgh / Glasgow ? to Fort William . If I'm able to catch the morning train I'll like to attend the North American Clan Cameron get together , but it all depends on which train I'll be able to catch .
