Just wondering if any other branch of Camerons might recognise this particular instance of multiple births? Years ago an old Cameron aunt said one particular couple had two sets of triplets, three sets of twins and one single birth. Unfortunately, the aunt is long dead and nobody knows the names of the people involved (The mother may have been the Cameron, so the multiples may have had an entirely different surname) I'm going back to Victorian times at least. I'd imagine even in these times of large families such a high percentage of multiple births might have been noteworthy. As I half-Cameron identical twin I'd love to pinpoint these people! Thanks, George Hebenton

Hello George: The Cameron family from which I derive certainly had a history of 'twinning', but none as you mention. I have never heard of that before your example. I have followed it back four generations in this family and also within offspring of those families. It is also repeated in another line of the same family. Thanks for sharing. I think yours is unique. 2006
