Many of you are already familiar with the Clan Cameron Reference Guide/File, that is linked from the main page of Clan Cameron Online. It has grown to a very large size over the last 13 years, and has been a very convenient electronic resource for many.
Today, the Clan Cameron Association is pleased to inform you that the Clan Cameron Reference Guide has been expanded. The formerly very large online resource has tripled in size! The web page is now nearly 1MB in size (so large that we may have to divide it up in the future).
This huge expansion may seem like something that happened overnight, but it has been in the works for over two years. The "Virtual Lochaber" project resulted in a great deal of geographic research. As some of you might know, that resource links its mapping to a text guide. The guide you see today will be linked to the mapping of the next version of Virtual Lochaber (also a huge expension of the original version) which will hopefully be ready for the 2009 Gathering.
