Hi all - I am trying to find out what happened to the 2 sons and 1daughter of Jean Cameron, who was married to Angus McBean.She had three children:
Christian McBean (b.1772) in Cawdor
John McBean (b. 1776) in Croy
William McBean (b. 1778) in Croy
I am also interested in who Jean Cameron's parents were, if she had any siblings, and when she passed away!
I have tried the IGI and Scotland's People to trace the three children and Jean herself but I need to get some helpful clues, if possible.
Is anyone out there connected in any way to Jean Cameron of Nairnshire, wife of Angus McBean and mom of Christian, John and William?
btw I cannot locate the marriage of Angus and Jean but I do have the baptisms of the three kids - did not see any Camerons as witnesses...
also, I have the pleasure of having the name "Cameron" as my first name!
Glad to have a chance to read up on Clan Cameron and let me know if anything comes to mind concerning Jean and her kids!
