Seeking info on:
Finley CAMERON was a Jacobite sold in Annapolis , Md. to a Wm. EBERT of Somerest Co., Md. 1716.
John CAMERON witnessed wills of George GODMAN 1732 and Richard MILES 1734 in Somerset Co.
Evander (Evan) CAMERON and wife Elizabeth (BARTLETT ?) mar. c. 1740-where ?, in Somerest Co., by 1757, both died early April 1777 in an epidemic. Wills mention children: Bartlett, Betty LORD, Comfort RIGGIN, Sarah, Leah and Wm. CAMERON.
Did Sarah mar. George SCHOOLFIELD c. 1778 ?
What relationship, if any, existed among Finley, John and Evander CAMERON ?

Addendum: Evander (Evan) Cameron was probably born in Scotland (Argyle ?) about 1710. Evander (Evan) Cameron (listed as McCameron in the 1740 tax list of Somerset Co., Md.) was in Somerset by 1738 when he mar. Elizabeth Bartlett, d/o Thomas and Margaret (Thompson) Bartlett. Margaret Thompson from Tully Allan, Perth ,Scotland with brothers Joseph, John, Charles and Thomas and sister Rebecca. Brother Thomas named his land "Amboy" (which was near Glascow).

A will for Finley Camron, planter of Queen Anne's Co is listed in "The Maryland Calendar of Wills 1738 to 1743 vol VIII" compiled and edited by Jane Baldwin, Family Line Publications Westminster, Maryland 1988. Family names listed are Costin, Downes, James Camron, Millborne, Brewer, Dunlany and Stevens. 23rd of July 1741. There can't be that many Finley Camerons in colobial Maryland.
