How would our members like a new board dedicated to their hobby interests? For instance, say you collect postal stamps, and would like to list a query for an elusive one. Or perhaps your interests revolve around vintage automobiles, and you need to ask restoration advice. After all, we don't exclusively live and breath Clan Cameron!! If there's enough interest, I'll create such a board.
Please let me know your thoughts on this...

Greetings Thomas,
Boy you might open Pandora's Box on this when it comes to me! I restore old Cars. I have my Grandfathers 1961 Chrysler Newport that is almost done! Of course it was the "Highlander" Edition! Plaid Interior. I'll be one proud driver this spring.
I also Roast Coffee for sale to Fundraising Groups. I call this a hobby because I am a "Full Time" Sales Mgr. for a Plastics Company.
I am also a Genealogy Buff! Hi Peg! from Dean!!!!!
I'll be interested in what others do as well!

I do woodwork and I make ink pens here is my site. www.scribblingpens.comnone of my woods are stained the color you see is the natural color of the wood. I like working with wood and lately I have been moving away from power tools to hand tools it takes more time but you get a much higher quality in your finished work. I recently made a large shadow box for a friend who was retireing from the navy it cost me over 200 to make it but I only charged him 125 cuse I knew he didnt have the money for it. He is always doing stuff for the guys loaning them money or whatever they need so I wanted to give him a break I also knew he would never let me give it to him. I was trying to make the pen biz profitable but had tl close the biz due to my schedule in the navy. I do it when I can and I like to do things for friends its more rewarding that way.

My hobby is collecting special occasion music for weddings, & helping those who are wanting to have traditional wedding music for their wedding. If any of you are interested in what I have in the line of wedding music I can send them a sample copy of the different types of wedding music I have along with a list of the fullcollection of Scottish wedding music That I have. Some of you might not know this, but in my research on Traditional Scottish Weddings both the bride, & the groom have their own wedding marches. If the groom wants a real traditional Scottish March, according to tradition he should go with :HAIL TO THE CHIEF: If that's not what he would like for his wedding march, his clan march would be a good second choice. The traditional wedding march for the bride is as follows. 1. :CALDONIAN/HIGHLAND CATHEDRAL: 2. :THE WEDDING SONG: 3. :HER CLAN MARCH: 4. :TRUMPET VOLUNTARY for the bride/ PRINCE OF DENMARK'S MARCH: for the groom. The collection is divided in 4 sections. 1.:CLASSICICAL: selections from :FINGAL'S CAVE: would be an example. 2. RELIGIOUS: 3.:SECULAR: 4.: TRADITIONAL: depending on the kind of wedding music that's needed. I can also help with ideas from decorating, prepareing a traditional Scottish weeding feast. All I ask in return is a copy of the pictures of your wedding. (ianjonefan)Jon P.S. This also might work for an wedding anniversery.
