Hi there
I am trying to trace my ancestors and wondered whether anyone can help me confirm my suspicions that they lived on Clunes Farm on the Lochiel Estate? I am Julie Cameron, daughter of Rex Cameron, son of James Cameron, son of Robert Alexander Cameron born 1860 in London, son of Donald Cameron born 1818/1819 in Scotland (possibly Kilmallie), a blacksmith married to Mary Kerr (second wife). Donald's father was Alexander as per his mariage certificate (married Mary Kerr in 1858 in London). Donald's first wife died but I don't know who she was.
I'd appreciate any help! Looking forward to the gathering in the summer.
