- Hi all I am new and untrained to the genealogy world. I am from the MacMartin-Camerons of Letterfinlay - if we start at the first Cameron of Letterfinlay - I'm the 15th generation. My branch came to Canada in 1802 I believe. I haven't confirmed this with any official documents yet. I have a pedigree chart that shows my 5x grandfather was born in 1769 in Perthshire Scotland and died in 1844 - Chance Harbour , Nova Scotia. I found a passenger list for Peter Hattrick - destined for Montreal Canada in 1802 with a Donald and Duncan Cameron. I believe these to be my ancestors as the time is right and they were listed as being from the same place. Would any of you have any information on this? Debby
